Cold-chain delivery across Australia

All orders are shipped from our South Yarra, VIC facility using temperature-controlled cold-chain logistics to preserve peptide integrity.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order reference and tracking details by email.
Delivery times
- Melbourne metro & local pickup: same or next business day.
- Metro capitals (Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 1–3 business days.
- Regional & national: 3–7 business days.
Cold-chain handling
Shipments include insulated packaging and cold packs to maintain 2–8°C where required. Store peptides refrigerated on arrival and follow the included protocol guide.
Local pickup
Free pickup is available from 17 Acland St, South Yarra, VIC. Contact us to arrange.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking reference. Track your order through your confirmation email or contact us via live chat.
International shipping
